Selling your preloved clothes is easy—just drop off your items with no appointment or fee required. Within 2 weeks, we’ll sort and price your items, then email you an inventory list showing GST- inclusive prices and descriptions of all accepted pieces. (Please check your spam folder if you don’t see our email.)

Items not accepted into stock will be held for one week from the processing date. During this time, you can collect them or agree to have them donated or disposed of.

Our selling schedule lasts 8 weeks:

• After 5 weeks, prices are reduced by 50%
• At the end of week 8, we send you a sales summary and pay you one lump sum.

Please keep all email correspondence related to your items, as it helps us track and manage your stock.

While we take reasonable care, all items are accepted at the owner’s risk, including possible loss or damage (such as shoplifting).
